Electric Chain Hoist

Chain Hoist come with a wide array of options to suit individual needs and demand in optimizing material handling efficiency. Versatility includes option of single speed or double speed hoisting, power supply of single phase or three phase operated and choice of plain trolley, gear trolley, electrical motorized trolley.
Its Unique design permits the hoist to be hook Type or Screw Type (combined with trolley) for reduced head-room applications.
Each Hoist is extensively tested before delivery, undergoing a dynamic load test using 125% of its rated capacity. The hoist go through overload and reduced voltage electrical test as well as operational test.
Motor
NEMA Class F insulation, resistance of up to 150c motor winding temperature. The aluminium motor housing is light weight and provides good heat dissipation, allowing up to 27 minutes of continuous duty. Fully enclosed robust makes it most suitable for application in foundries, electrro-plating factories etc.
Motor Brake
The magnetic force generator is the latest design which is featured for generating magnetic force. It allows instant brakes as soon as the electric power is cut off. Thus, braking safety while loading is guaranteed.
Limit Switch
The limit switch device is installed where the weight is lifted on and off to make the motor to stop automatically so as to prohibit the chains from exceeding for safety.
48V Control
48V transformer device is used to prohibit unexpected accidents caused by electric leakage and guarantees the safe use while raining.
Link Chain
Japan-made FEC Grade 80 Super alloy steel, heat-treated chain suitable for application in harsh environment.
Hook
It is hot forging with perfect strength that is hard to break, the operation safety of the lower hook is ensured by its 360 degrees rotation and safety tongue piece.
